Orthopaedic Associates, P.A., Emerald Coast Eye Institute and Surgical Specialists, ASC, LLC, of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida developed a 47,000 square foot medical office building that was completed in December 2007, with move in during the first and second weeks of January 2008. It includes an eye institute, physical therapy, orthopaedics, MRI and an ambulatory surgery center. Somerset provided entity formation, capital and financing services and construction liaison services.
