Our ASC/MOB Projects

Somerset has been and is currently involved in the development of single specialty and multi-specialty ambulatory surgery centers, medical office buildings and single specialty hospitals-- including feasibility studies and negotiations.

Somerset has experience in many other ancillary service enhancements, such as imaging centers, infusion centers and dialysis centers. Somerset has been an integral part of the development and/or renovation of many ASC and/or MOB projects in multiple states.
